Anti Virus Is reporting the Registration site as Unsafe, Phishing etc

Obviously an overactive alert filter you've got there, since it is returning a false positive.

There is nothing "unsafe" about the site. It has been in used for registration submissions for years.
Furthermore, how would it be a phishing site if we already had your email address, etc. from when you purchased? That doesn't make any sense.

You'll want to "whitelist" the site in your anti-virus program.
Then follow the usual process for registration.
