If you are having trouble downloading then it is recommended that you try using a different Internet browser. That is the most common source of problems and switching browsers is the most common and effective solution

If your issue is related to receiving the link to download after you have made your download purchase, please check your spam folder/filter settings as the link and purchase confirmation was emailed to the address that you provided immediately and automatically after you completed the transaction. Note that free email accounts frequently have deliverability issues, so it is best to use a reputable email address.
