File won't unzip on My Mac

This is a known bug in the MAC OS. Ridiculous. Zip files are only the most common file types on the planet yet Apple has managed to screw it up.

Most people have gone to a 3rd party Zip utility since the Mac utility has issues. 

There are many articles on the web about how to get around it. Here's one.
